Preparation before starting the motor

(4) Check whether the connector on the motor terminal board is loose or oxidized.
(5) Check the transmission device, such as whether the belt is properly tightened, whether the connection is firm, and whether the screws and pins of the coupling are tight.
(6) Drive the rotor of the motor and the shaft of the load machine to see if it rotates flexibly.
(7) Check whether the motor and starter housing are grounded, whether the grounding wire is open, and whether the grounding screw is loose or falling off.
(8) Remove the sundries around the motor and remove the dust and oil dirt on the base surface.
(9) Check whether the loaded machinery is properly prepared for starting.
(10) For the winding motor in normal operation, the motor slip ring shall be frequently observed for eccentric oscillation; Observe whether the spark of the slip ring is abnormal. Whether the carbon brush on the slip ring needs to be replaced.
